A breakthrough in finding families for HIV positive children

Since this campaign started in 2013, it has been an uphill climb trying to find family placements for children with special needs, such as physical disability, HIV and other chronic illnesses, among others. But one amazing couple from Eastern Uganda changed this story in April 2016 when they began their beautiful journey to adopt Cheryl.
