Sarah needs a family

5-year-old Sarah is a special child. She has severe brain damage and a visual impairment which is unlikely to improve with time, and depends on a caretaker for all her daily needs. She is currently in the care of Ekisa Ministries in Jinja, Uganda. But despite her special needs, Sarah doesn’t deserve to stay in an orphanage all her life.
